Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Overview

Lead digital application and practical AI projects from requirements through implementation, coordinating development teams, agencies, customers, resources, budgets, and timelines.

What you'll do

• Manage and control development projects and resources.
• Lead practical AI projects from idea to implementation.
• Analyze professional needs and define requirements.
• Prioritize work packages and tasks.
• Create service descriptions and expense estimates.
• Ensure quality while meeting timelines and budgets.
• Support development teams, agencies, and customers.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of project management experience with digital applications in an agency or service-sector environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital and software development projects.
• Experience redesigning and scaling digital processes using lean and automated approaches.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce.
• Fluent German at C1/C2 level.
• Good English at B2+ level.
• Work authorization for Germany and at least one year of onsite work experience in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with CGI and real-time workflows or applications.

Details

• Remote or office-based work, or a combination of both.
• Travel within Germany and occasionally to international Infosys locations may be required.
