Senior Facility Manager

Overview

Senior Facility Manager responsible for managing all aspects of facility management service delivery for client sites in the city, primarily asset management and operations, including budgets, projects, KPIs and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Act as single point of contact for the designated facility for all FM escalations.
• Ensure upkeep schedules and execution as per the schedules; direct daily/weekly work of site staff.
• Manage engineering operations per defined SOWs and SOPs, ensuring 100% uptime of facility equipment.
• Ensure cafeteria management related to hygiene and food safety.
• Govern daily walkarounds, snag closures, building inspections and preventive and breakdown maintenance (52 weeks planner).
• Deliver and adhere to agreed KPIs and SLAs; manage incidents and communicate them per the escalation matrix.
• Manage vendor and service partner deliverables, monthly performance reviews, induction and termination.
• Ensure building statutory compliance, CLRA adherence and EHS practices.
• Manage client/VVIP and government official visits and walkthroughs.
• Manage finance and procurement for office services, R&M, capex and special budgets, including projections, purchase orders, invoicing, utilities and petty cash.
• Lead hospitality operations and customer experience initiatives, including the WeCare program.
• Manage business continuity, fire drills, mock drills, risk assessments and facility access management.
• Provide leadership to the facilities management team, including goal setting, performance reviews, training needs and career development.
• Ensure timely daily, weekly, monthly and fire drill reports and CRM dashboards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Operations Management.
• 8–10 years overall experience.
• 5–6 years industry experience.
• Technical skill in building services.
• Generic skills: leadership, communication, vendor and people management.
• Behaviors: teamwork, learning attitude and positive thinking.

Nice to have

• MBA (preferred).

Details

• Full-time, on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reports to Regional Head / Account Director; manages FM and engineering staff.
