What you'll do

• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical support for clients adopting Microchip FPGAs.
• Use a client engagement process to convert design wins into revenue.
• Lead system-architecture discussions and design reviews covering FPGA and companion IC requirements.
• Own end-to-end programmable-logic design activities including HDL, simulation, synthesis optimization, and timing closure.
• Perform architecture and board-level schematic reviews, provide design-in support, and deliver product training.
• Collaborate with a global team to develop and execute account strategies for assigned clients.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (EEE/ECE/EIC/ETC/VLSI).
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in FPGA-based design or applications.
• In-depth experience with Microsemi/Microchip, Xilinx, or Altera FPGAs.
• Deep knowledge of Verilog or VHDL.
• Hands-on experience with Libero, Vivado, or Quartus and synthesis/simulation EDA tools.
• Experience with high-speed serial transceivers and interfaces such as PCIe, DDR3/4, LPDDR3/4, and MIPI.
• Embedded processor experience with knowledge of C and Linux.
