Senior Financial Analyst in the Defined Contribution team at Ascensus, processing savings plan administration tasks such as loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, and valuation imports.

What you'll do

• Perform processes such as loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500 and valuation imports based on admin/client support team requirements.
• Complete a variety of assigned tasks within the parameters set by the client, admin or support team.
• Process high volumes accurately within the specified time frame.
• Deliver set expectations on key business metrics such as productivity, volume count and quality.
• Review processes.
• Train team members, set strategy and monitor progress towards goals.

What you'll need

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting background.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment with a result-oriented approach.
• Communication skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Must be able to adapt to assignments quickly.
• Flexibility in work culture, including day or night shift based on business requirement.
• Good knowledge of reconciliation concepts.

Nice to have

• Good working knowledge of Excel.
