Overview

Senior Financial Analyst role in the Defined Contribution team, performing processing and review of defined contribution plan administration processes in Hyderabad, India.

What you'll do

• Perform various processes such as loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, and valuation imports based on admin/client support team requirements.
• Train team members, set strategy, and monitor progress towards goals.
• Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within the specified parameters of the client, admin, or support team.
• Deliver set expectations on key business metrics such as productivity, volume count, and quality.
• Review processes in addition to processing.
• Accurately process high volume within the specified time frame.

What you'll need

• Graduate or Postgraduate in a Finance or Accounting background.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment with a result-oriented approach.
• Communication skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; preference for good working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to adapt to assignments quickly.
• Flexibility in work culture, including day or night shifts based on business requirement.
• Good knowledge of reconciliation concepts.
