Senior Health Economics Associate

Overview

Senior Health Economics Associate to support the Evidence Evaluation team with end-to-end Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) and client-ready evidence deliverables.

What you'll do

• Execute and lead SLR steps including screening, data extraction, protocol design, and quantitative feasibility.
• Produce SLR deliverables such as systematic review reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks.
• Work independently and in a team, delivering high-quality work under guidance from Project Leads/Managers.
• Support consulting and client interactions by following consulting models and supporting presentations with guidance.
• Assist with project management tasks and customize deliverables as required.
• Support business development by helping create HEOR proposals and identifying new business leads.
• Meet scorecard metrics and complete responsibilities including timesheets, expenses, CV updates, and archiving.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline.
• Advanced degree holders should have more than 3 years of relevant experience (HEOR/SLR).
• Develop SLR deliverables including reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
• Ability to deliver SLR steps such as screening, data extraction, and protocol design.
• Work independently and within a team under guidance from Project Leads/Managers.

Nice to have

• Preferred: Master’s in Life Sciences/MBBS/BDS/PhD (>3 years of experience).
• Ideal: Postgraduate degree in COA-related fields (Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology).
