Senior ICT Engineer (OSP) — Outside Plant & Connectivity

Overview

Senior ICT Engineer (OSP) responsible for outside-plant infrastructure and connectivity pathway coordination for Armada’s edge AI deployments.

What you'll do

• Lead OSP due diligence across new deployments, including site assessment, provider qualification, and risk identification.
• Design and iterate fiber distribution plans based on scale, phasing, and site topology.
• Own conduit and pathway-related sizing decisions for fiber ingress and inter-datahall connections.
• Oversee pre-cabled trunk sizing, cable tray loading calculations, and bonding/grounding coordination.
• Coordinate OSP provider work with Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil disciplines for connectivity pathways.
• Oversee pre-construction submittals (technical approvals, product data, drawings) for compliance.

What you'll need

• BICSI RCDD certification and ANSI/BICSI credentials.
• Demonstrated in-person experience leading complex OSP fiber projects from groundbreaking through acceptance.
• NEC fluency and familiarity with TGB and TBB.
• TIA competency for TIA-942, TIA-568, and ISO/IEC 11801 structured cabling.
• Ability to lead initiatives and people and coordinate design goals with partners.
