Network Engineer

Overview

Design, implement, secure, and support network infrastructure across corporate offices, fulfillment centers, and cloud environments. Serve as an escalation point for complex networking, security, voice, and infrastructure issues.

What you'll do

• Design and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Monitor network health and resolve issues through escalation-level troubleshooting.
• Configure VPNs, Zero Trust solutions, and security appliances.
• Deploy and support voice, VoIP, video conferencing, Microsoft Teams, and Slack connectivity.
• Maintain network documentation, equipment inventories, licenses, and vendor relationships.
• Provide occasional after-hours or on-call support for maintenance and incidents.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting corporate networks.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Zero Trust concepts.
• Hands-on routing, switching, and wireless technology experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SNMP, TLS, OSPF, or BGP.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce or high-availability networks.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform networking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 networking and endpoint security platforms.
• Relevant Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, or Microsoft certifications.

Details

• Full-time, exempt position.
• Fully remote within specified U.S. states.
• Up to 10% annual travel and occasional on-site presence.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with time-zone flexibility.
• Annual salary range: $88,083 to $132,124.
