Senior IT System Support Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA EAM

Overview

Senior IT System Support Analyst for SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), supporting SAP ERP scrum teams in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues.
• Partner with business users to gather and understand business requirements.
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business needs or resolve issues.
• Collaborate with developers to design, code, and implement custom/complex solutions.
• Analyze and execute system tests to verify solution effectiveness.
• Oversee deployment of solutions to production environments.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience in Asset Management using SAP EAM.
• Proficiency in SAP EAM configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO).
• Knowledge of ITIL-based management practices and Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S4Hana application operations support and/or project implementation in Enterprise Asset Management (or SAP S4Hana with MDG and EAM extensions like Utopia).

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Standard work week: Monday to Friday; work hours listed as 8:00am–5:00pm or 1:30pm–10:30pm.
