Senior Java Full Stack Developer – Assistant Vice President

Overview

Senior Full Stack Developer with 8–12 years of hands-on development experience, building Java/Spring Boot backend services and React-based user interfaces.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement microservices architectures with availability, resilience, and performance in mind.
• Develop responsive UI features using React.js and Node.js, focused on UX and maintainability.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle through deployment and operations support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Drive CI/CD adoption using Release on Demand, GitHub Enterprise, Harness, and Lightspeed.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain documentation.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of overall hands-on software development experience.
• Strong Java backend development skills.
• Good experience with Spring Boot for scalable applications.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Good React.js front-end development experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD tooling experience, including GitHub Enterprise.
• Mandatory experience with Lightspeed for accelerated software delivery.
