Senior Lead RTL/Power Engineer

Overview

Senior Lead RTL/Power Engineer to lead SoC power tasks including UPF/CPF work and SoC-level power analysis and recovery across PD stages.

What you'll do

• Lead SoC Power tasks development of UPF/CPF working with IPs for SoC power analysis and recovery on clock tree/netlists during PD stages.
• Perform static and dynamic power analysis using PTPX isolation strategy for low power.
• Work on multi-power-rail based power architecture.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years hardware engineering experience.
• OR Master’s degree with 2+ years hardware engineering experience.
• OR PhD with 1+ year hardware engineering experience.
• Experience in low power design techniques.
• UPF development and review experience at SoC level.
• 3–8 years of working experience.
