Senior Lead - SAP Finance

Overview

Senior Lead - SAP Finance for the FICO IT team within Corporate Functions IT, reporting to the Director, ERP Finance & Controlling.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP FICO solution design, architecture, and configuration aligned to the global template.
• Drive strategic solution decisions, trade-off analysis, and scalable finance process frameworks.
• Own and support finance data migration and conversion, including strategy, mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery (design, build, test, deploy, stabilization) and support integration across SAP modules.
• Facilitate workshops, validation sessions, and UAT/SIT testing support.
• Lead change management, cutover, and hypercare support, including documentation and escalations.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of SAP FICO experience with hands-on expertise.
• Experience with General Ledger (including New GL, parallel ledgers, multi-GAAP, multi-currency).
• Experience with Accounts Payable & Receivable and Asset Accounting / Banking.
• Experience in Controlling (CO) modules and integration with PTP and OTC modules.
• Strong exposure to interfaces such as ALE/IDOC/PI-PO.
• Hands-on data conversion strategy and execution, including data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, with CA or advanced degree preferred.
