Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of ML and AI systems in the Food and Beverage science domain.

What you'll do

• Design datasets, evaluation criteria, and test cases for AI systems.
• Measure and monitor cost, performance, and accuracy of AI systems.
• Lead experimentation design and code design for ML systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams without always having explicit instruction.
• Use modern agentic coding paradigms to accelerate software engineering work and educate others.
• Work with AI product teams to shape AI deliverables and customer experience.

What you'll need

• BS or MS in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or related, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related experience.
• Experience shipping production-grade systems across the product lifecycle.
• Production experience building services, data pipelines, and integrations in Python.
• Experience with evaluation metrics for AI/ML (e.g., model quality, retrieval quality, classification performance, latency, cost, reliability, user impact).
• 2+ years working with Azure cloud platform (preferred), or AWS/GCP.
