Senior Manager - Advertising & Communication Design

Overview

Senior Manager for Advertising & Communication Design to lead creative output for Glance’s global consumer marketing function.

What you'll do

• Evolve Glance’s visual identity across formats and markets and set creative standards.
• Lead design across campaigns, product marketing, films, OOH, print, performance advertising, and social/event work.
• Translate product capabilities into consumer-facing communication for launches, features, and product campaigns.
• Own design for partner and sales materials such as pitch decks, sell-in kits, and capability presentations.
• Manage film and photo production end-to-end from brief/concept to post, including on-set creative direction.
• Manage a team of 6–10 designers with planning, resourcing, timelines, and creative feedback.

What you'll need

• 13–15 years of experience in design and visual communications.
• Minimum 10 years at advertising agencies with hands-on experience across multiple marketing formats.
• Demonstrated experience managing video/film/photo productions end-to-end.
• 3–5 years managing a design team of 6 or more.
• Portfolio showcasing work across lifestyle and fashion brands.
• Familiarity with US consumer sensibilities and global brand standards.
• World class design execution skills.
