Senior Manager – AI Architect, Advisory

Overview

Lead AI architecture and advisory work focused on designing GenAI, LLM and machine learning solutions, including production-scale inference, training and automation systems.

What you'll do

• Design RAG and LLM pipelines for experiment, model and feature management.
• Design APIs for model inferencing at scale.
• Architect GPU-based distributed training and LLM serving systems.
• Fine-tune and optimise LLM and LVM models for latency, accuracy and resource use.
• Implement DevOps and LLMOps using containers, Kubernetes and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop AI and machine learning solutions for intelligent decision-making and automation.

What you'll need

• 11–15 years of experience.
• Expertise with MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI and Azure AI.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, Hugging Face and Python.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration or Master of Engineering qualification.
• Required skill: SAP Business Warehouse.

Nice to have

• Experience with DynamoDB, Cosmos, MongoDB, RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, Spanner or BigQuery.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with FluentD, Kibana, Grafana or Prometheus.
• Proficiency in SQL or JavaScript.
