Senior Manager, GTM Vendor Solutions (Sales)

Overview

Sr. Manager for GTM Vendor Solutions (Sales) responsible for leading delivery partner sales programs that support Sales Development and SaaS Sales.

What you'll do

• Manage, support, and coach a team of global Program Managers.
• Partner with internal sales leaders and delivery partner teams to drive program performance against quota targets.
• Support delivery partner leadership to reinforce LinkedIn’s expectations and drive program success.
• Consult stakeholders to identify opportunities to scale business units using the delivery partner network.
• Provide regular updates on program performance, successes, and challenges, and collect feedback.
• Partner with Vendor Strategy, Legal, and InfoSec on contract updates, tool access approvals, and co-employment compliance.
• Handle escalations and implement corrective actions with Program Managers or leadership.

What you'll need

• 7+ years combined experience in sales or sales operations (or related field).
• 2+ years experience in delivery partner (vendor) management/operations.
• 3+ years in a team management role.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
• Experience building successful sales motions and workflows.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s products.
• Strong sales background, vendor management, and people management experience.
