Senior Manager I for PD Supplies finance at BMS, functioning as a collaborative finance business partner and player-coach for FP&A activities.

What you'll do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis (actuals vs budget, forecast, and prior periods).
• Explain financial variances by highlighting risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Lead preparation of financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for strategic and operational decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Track and report budget and lead risk management and mitigation activities for finance reporting.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10 to 14 years of experience is preferred.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
• Deep understanding of pharma manufacturing setup and industry forecasting dynamics.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with hub and in-market finance colleagues to provide timely services.
• Ability to influence large teams and global partners without direct authority.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
• Ability to manage through crisis and ambiguity while escalating issues impacting global management reporting.
