Senior Manager for IT Service Management (ITSM) under Ceda Central Advisory, focused on leading ITSM operations with GCC region compliance and standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage IT Service Management operations with GCC region compliance, standards, and business needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices for the GCC market.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across incident, change, and problem management for smooth service operations.
• Drive GCC-specific SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to meet client expectations.
• Provide expert guidance on ITSM processes, policies, and reporting with GCC regulatory and governance adherence.
• Facilitate regular audits, reviews, and assessments of GCC-specific ITSM practices and implement improvements.
• Liaise with GCC clients and vendors to manage delivery and resolve escalated issues.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience (years of experience required: 12+).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze ITSM data and prepare GCC client reports tied to compliance standards.
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory environment, including data privacy and compliance mandates for IT services.
• Experience supporting ITIL certifications and promoting ITSM best practices.
• Proven IT Service Management expertise is described as typically 8+ years in preferred skills.
