Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - South Enterprise

Overview

Senior Manager, Sales Engineering responsible for leading a sales engineering team for the South Enterprise segment in the Americas.

What you'll do

• Hire and develop a sales engineering team to meet South Enterprise segment demands.
• Refine and optimize sales engineering processes (discovery, technical qualification, proof-of-concept).
• Develop and deliver product and solution demonstrations for complex enterprise needs.
• Provide strategic advice and support RFPs with tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with field Account Executive teams and act as a technical expert.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing and leading a sales engineering team.
• Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated curiosity about and integrating AI tools into workflows.

Nice to have

• Proven track record as a subject matter expert in regional industry events and professional organizations.
• Deep experience managing technical sales cycles for enterprise accounts.
