Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - Majors, TOLA

Overview

Lead the South Majors sales engineering function by managing a team of Sales Engineers and partnering with Account Executives to address complex enterprise cybersecurity needs.

What you'll do

• Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team.
• Optimize discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept processes.
• Deliver product and solution demonstrations for complex enterprise needs.
• Advise on RFPs with tailored recommendations and business benefits.
• Lead as a technical expert in customer engagements.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of sales engineering or systems engineering experience.
• 5+ years managing and leading a sales engineering team.
• Experience selling network security technologies in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience integrating new technologies and AI tools into workflows.

Nice to have

• Subject matter expertise demonstrated through regional industry events and professional organizations.
• Experience managing technical sales cycles for major enterprise accounts.

• Remote role in Texas, USA.
• Reports to the Director of Sales Engineering.
• Base salary: $175,875–$251,250 USD yearly.
