Sr. Enterprise Sales Engineer

Overview

Sr. Enterprise Sales Engineer who leads technical engagement during enterprise sales, partnering with Account Executives to drive the technical side of the sales cycle for AI-driven workflows and data integration.

What you'll do

• Lead executive-level discovery to identify business inefficiencies and map them to a technical vision.
• Guide existing clients through modernization of workflows and adoption of AI-powered insights.
• Design and build tailored demo environments and run end-to-end proof-of-concepts using client data.
• Manage technical portions of the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Lead technical executive reviews and expansion executions for large existing enterprise relationships.
• Mentor sales engineering and help establish sales playbooks and demo/technical validation standards.
• Architect architectures and deal structures for complex global enterprise opportunities.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven history of closing the company’s highest revenue-generating deals.
• Deep fluency in AI-driven software and modern data ecosystems.
• Ability to guide high-stakes technical engagements and lead c-suite executive reviews.
• Strong high-level systems design understanding for multi-vendor legacy architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice (10–20%).
