Senior Manager – SAP MM, SAP, Advisory

Overview

Lead SAP MM transformation, implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support initiatives within the PKS practice, helping clients optimise procurement, Materials Management, and related business processes.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Materials Management processes.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Manage and mentor functional teams and project deliverables.
• Work closely with SAP SD, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM and other modules.
• Drive process improvements and SAP best practices.
• Manage client stakeholders, escalations, and project governance.

What you'll need

• 11+ years of strong experience in SAP MM.
• Strong expertise in P2P and procurement processes.
• Strong experience in SAP PP and/or QM configuration and business processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of MRP, Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Execution, Quality Inspection, and Quality Notifications.
• Experience integrating PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; the specified fields of study are MBA (Master of Business Administration) and Bachelor of Engineering.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• SAP S/4HANA and Fiori exposure.
• Experience in discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments.
• Experience in global rollouts and digital transformation programs.
• SAP certification is an added advantage.
• Consulting and client-facing experience.
