Overview
Senior Manager, Software Development to lead engineering teams building scalable platform capabilities across OneTrust’s AI-Ready Governance Platform.
What you'll do
- Define and execute engineering strategy for customer-driven innovation initiatives.
- Lead multiple engineering teams, establish technical direction, and drive execution.
- Recruit, develop, and retain engineering managers and technical leaders.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Design Partner customers to validate ideas and deliver capabilities.
- Set engineering standards including architecture principles, quality practices, observability, security, and operational processes.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices and associated success metrics.
What you'll need
- 12+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS and customer-facing products.
- 5+ years leading engineering managers, engineering teams, or multi-team organizations.
- Experience scaling engineering organizations, operating models, and development practices across multiple teams.
- Strong software architecture and distributed systems expertise.
- Experience delivering cloud-native applications and operating highly available distributed services.
- Experience implementing modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, observability, platform engineering, and automated testing.
- Experience leading AI-assisted software development transformation and measuring improvements.
