Manager Product Software Engineering

Overview

Senior Manager for Product Software Engineering, responsible for leading and scaling product engineering teams while driving technical excellence, delivery, and strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a distributed team of software engineers.
• Plan and schedule work to ensure predictable, timely delivery.
• Drive engineering best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Contribute to architectural and long-term technical strategy.
• Oversee DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and platform engineering.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders on product roadmaps.

What you'll need

• Strong people leadership for engineering teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with DevOps automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and rapid feedback loops.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and platform engineering.
• Experience designing, securing, documenting, and managing APIs and integrations.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience with continuous improvement.
• Ability to break down complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.
