Senior Manager, Supply Planning

Overview

Senior Manager in Supply Planning responsible for leading the monthly core buy collaboration process and ensuring alignment between global/regional demand and production and supplier execution.

What you'll do

• Lead the monthly core buy collaboration process across all product categories.
• Consolidate regional demand into a single global buy recommendation.
• Summarize global and regional buys, including changes, decisions, delivery outlook, and supply risks.
• Partner with factories and suppliers to align production capacity, delivery timing, and order prioritization.
• Monitor supplier plan adherence and address capacity constraints and delivery risks.
• Drive improvements to planning processes and ways of working.
• Support adoption of a new collaboration tool with vendors and align demand, capacity, and delivery plans for speed-to-market.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in apparel supply planning, production, or sourcing.
• Experience working with regional partners.
• Experience working with supervisors/developing direct reports (4 direct reports stated).
• Working knowledge of Nexus, Blue Yonder, and PLM.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
