Supply Chain Analyst, Capacity

Overview

Supply Chain Analyst, Capacity supporting the Capacity & Gastank Planning team, responsible for tactical execution of merchant slotting and merchant-FC inventory planning and related capacity judgement.

What you'll do

• Own new merchant slotting end-to-end with Gastank capacity checks and FC placement analysis.
• Build merchant inventory rebalancing plans, model capacity impact, and coordinate execution.
• Resolve same-day ad-hoc capacity requests and escalations from Sales, RevOps, Ops, and Sourcing.
• Maintain and improve reporting and visibility tooling that supports capacity judgement-making.
• Support the Gastank capacity model via data pipelines, input validation, and slotting/capacity assumptions.
• Document runbooks and cross-train to provide backup coverage for core tasks.
• Escalate emerging capacity risk to the Manager, Network & Capacity Planning with data-backed recommendations.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain/e-commerce fulfillment, capacity planning, or network operations.
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Comfort making judgment calls on merchant placement with incomplete information in a fast-paced queue.
• Ability to proactively engage and manage cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Ops, Sourcing).
• Willingness to learn the Gastank capacity model logic and capacity/demand forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline for slotting and move-planning accuracy.

• Location: Remote in India.
• Shift timing: 6 pm – 3 am IST.
• Reports to: Manager, Network & Capacity Planning.
