IND Staff Data Analyst

Overview

Staff Data Analyst role supporting business requirements and data analysis work in the insurance domain.

What you'll do

• Support business requirements and data analysis for insurance industry initiatives.
• Work on data warehouse and reporting/analytics projects.
• Apply dimensional database structure knowledge to analytics work.
• Perform requirements elicitation and data analysis activities.
• Lead/mentor other Business Analysts or Data Analysis team members.
• Facilitate with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Manage stakeholders across levels, including senior leadership, in a matrix environment.

What you'll need

• 6 to 9 years of experience in business requirements or data analysis.
• Experience supporting insurance industry data warehouse or reporting/analytic projects.
• Proficiency with industry standard querying tools.
• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Excellent facilitation, requirements elicitation, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a timeline-driven environment.
• Advanced business acumen with technical aptitude and strong communication skills.
