Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - APJ CRG Region Lead

Overview

Lead the talent acquisition function for the APJ CRG region at Thermo Fisher Scientific's PPD clinical research business, leading and coaching a high-performing recruitment team and driving hiring plans across business units.

What you'll do

• Lead, manage and coach high-performing teams, encouraging a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Enable team members to become trusted advisors, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business goals.
• Determine and implement strategies to attract and hire individuals with the right work behaviors, ensuring a talent pipeline aligned with current and future business plans.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring plans across business units, globally and within the region.
• Partner with extended HR pillars to contribute to the successful integration of new hires into the organization.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to compete in a fast-paced industry.
• Lead and drive the adoption of technology and tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, 6+ years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and extended HR teams.
• Ability to lead and enable a strong team to drive business success and make valuable contributions.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated success in leading a TA team in sourcing and hiring top talent in the CRO industry.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
