Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Overview

Senior Marketing Operations Manager overseeing delivery and analysis of CRM lifecycle campaigns, with a focus on email and SMS execution.

What you'll do

• Architect solutions during project kickoffs and briefs.
• Clarify and optimize requirements to build ad-hoc and automated communications.
• Build, schedule, launch, and monitor automated and ad-hoc campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
• Set up and monitor journeys and automations with static/dynamic content and trigger points.
• Script dynamic communications to personalize user experiences.
• Maintain high-quality processes and infrastructure for email and SMS tooling.

What you'll need

• 4+ years building cross-channel campaigns using ESPs and/or marketing automation platforms.
• Deep experience using Iterable, Marketo, or similar email management software.
• Email and SMS deployment experience using scripting/Liquid template language.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL competence.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Process-oriented mindset for testing, QA, and stakeholder approvals.
