Senior MDM Data Engineer

Overview

Senior MDM Data Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and implementing scalable Reltio MDM solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies.
• Configure and develop Lifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing and workflows.
• Develop Python custom logic/services for Reltio integrations and extensions.
• Implement match/merge rules and survivorship strategies to create golden records.
• Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches.
• Work with RIH and Databricks with Python script frameworks for ingestion and publishing.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong hands-on experience with the Reltio MDM platform.
• Deep expertise in Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling in Reltio.
• Strong programming skills in Python for custom logic, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL & PySpark for querying, validation, and performance tuning.
• Experience building match/merge and survivorship rules and data modeling for golden record concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.).
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience in 2–3 end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations in regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments.
