Overview

The Senior Mechanical Solutions Engineer is a core Subject Matter Expert within Global Solutions Engineering, providing mechanical engineering leadership and technical depth to the broader Solutions Engineering organization primarily in India and across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. The role translates hyperscale and neocloud/enterprise customer requirements into practical, scalable, and commercially viable data center mechanical solutions, with emphasis on high-density and liquid-cooled deployments.

What you'll do

• Provide mechanical engineering leadership and technical depth to the broader Solutions Engineering organization.
• Translate hyperscale and neocloud/enterprise customer requirements into practical, scalable, and commercially viable data center mechanical solutions.
• Develop mechanical concepts through approximately 30% schematic design.
• Produce drawings, calculations, narratives, and scope definition required for Design Management and Construction teams to price and execute customer fit-out work.
• Operate as a global resource primarily supporting India and also APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Participate occasionally in customer and internal meetings across multiple time zones.
