Senior Paid Search Manager

Overview

Senior Paid Search Manager (talent pipeline) supporting the Paid Search team under the Paid Search Director within Jellyfish’s global Paid Media capability.

What you'll do

• Execute paid search campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimisation, and performance analysis.
• Manage client-facing reporting and presentation up to Jellyfish brand standards.
• Contribute to growth by participating in pitches and business development.
• Assess working practices and manage relationships with ad networks for continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and help implement comprehensive PPC strategies tailored to clients.
• Maintain knowledge of the marketplace and digital landscape, including new formats and technical solutions.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with paid search campaign technologies and processes (Search Ads 360, Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads).
• Familiarity with managing a small client team.
• Business writing skills to produce high-quality documents.
• Ability to adapt strategies and plans and analyse data.
