Senior Power BI Developer

Overview

Senior Power BI Developer responsible for designing, developing, administering, governing, and supporting enterprise BI and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI and related technologies.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise BI solutions using Power BI, SSAS Tabular, and SSRS.
• Lead end-to-end activities including requirements gathering, solution architecture, deployment, training, and ongoing support.
• Design and govern enterprise semantic models with reusable measures, KPIs, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Develop advanced DAX calculations and optimize data models, SQL queries, and reporting for performance and scalability.
• Deliver executive dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI best practices for visualization and accessibility.
• Integrate and analyze data from enterprise data warehouses, Azure Data Lakes, Power BI Dataflows, and other sources.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, resolve production issues, and perform root cause analysis.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Strong Power BI administration experience including configuration, security, governance, and user management.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
