Senior Process Engineer

Overview

Senior Process Engineer responsible for process design and engineering deliverables for water and wastewater treatment projects.

What you'll do

• Develop process designs for WTP, STP, tertiary treatment, reuse, RO/UF, and industrial water treatment systems.
• Perform process calculations including hydraulic analysis and mass balances.
• Size equipment and select and evaluate treatment technologies.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic profiles, and design reports.
• Design and evaluate treatment processes including ASP, SBR, MBBR, MBR, UF, RO, UV, and ozonation.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, BIM/CAD, and procurement teams.
• Review vendor submissions and support simulations, troubleshooting, construction, commissioning, and startup.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil (Environmental/Water Resources), science, or Process Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in detailed engineering and design for water treatment and related projects.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing.
• Develop PFD and P&ID documentation.
• Knowledge of RO/UF membrane systems.
• Experience with GPS-X, BioWin, and related process simulation tools.
• Support commissioning and performance testing activities.
