Senior Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer designing intuitive, connected, and scalable experiences across Weave’s Digital Forms products, shaping customer workflows from discovery to iteration.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end product experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, and Task Center workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer problems into actionable solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers on product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workflow and collaboration experiences.
• Define scalable interaction patterns and UI solutions for multi-step workflows.
• Use and contribute to Weave’s Design System to create consistent, high-quality experiences.
• Conduct customer research to understand real-world workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure design quality and accessibility.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or equivalent.
• Strong UX and visual design fundamentals to simplify complex workflows.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, including prototyping and interaction exploration.
• Familiarity with product analytics and research tools such as Pendo, Sigma, and Maze.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional partners.
• Ability to translate customer needs, product requirements, and business goals into scalable design.
• Strong attention to detail focused on accessible, consistent, high-quality experiences.
