Overview
Senior Product Designer (UX) executing high-quality UX/UI designs for financial products across the end-to-end product design lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Define and execute design strategies aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI execution.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and refine designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to support seamless implementation.
- Design scalable UI components and contribute to a design system.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles.
What you'll need
- 3+ years in a senior product design role with a focus on UX and leadership of impactful projects.
- Mastery of visual design fundamentals including typography, grids, layout, and color theory.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
- Advanced experience with usability testing, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
- Figma mastery including auto layout, design tokens, component variants, and interactive prototypes.
- Comfort with agile, fast-paced product teams.
