Senior Product Manager (Technical) - Identity & Access Management

Overview

Senior Product Manager (Technical) for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), owning the end-to-end identity roadmap across consumers, partners, and workforce access.

What you'll do

• Own CIAM product roadmap and strategy for consumer, partner, and workforce identity.
• Lead identity capabilities for authentication, authorization, and the full user lifecycle.
• Set standards for modern identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM) with Engineering and Architecture.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions and integration strategy for identity providers and services.
• Balance security, privacy, and usability to reduce account takeover, credential stuffing, fraud, and abuse.
• Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance to meet insurance-industry regulatory obligations.
• Define and track success metrics for authentication, MFA adoption, adoption and onboarding outcomes.

What you'll need

• 9+ years across solid techno-functional Product Management.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent degree in technology or a related field.
• Hands-on understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, and session/token management.
• Experience with CIAM/IAM platforms and identity providers such as Okta/Auth0, Ping, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra/Azure AD B2C.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization models like SSO, MFA, passwordless, adaptive auth, RBAC/ABAC.
• Hands-on understanding of API integration, SQL, and data analysis.
• Expert experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and mentoring Product Managers.
