Overview
Lead high-impact, cross-functional technology programs at Philips Healthcare Informatics, Intelligent Systems & AI, from an ambiguous business problem through to implemented solution and measurable result. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a reporting-only PMO position.
What you'll do
- Translate customer and business problems into clear goals, success measures, practical scope and decisions, working backwards from customer experience, adoption, productivity, cost or revenue impact.
- Drive complex programs from discovery and prioritization through design, build, integration, launch, adoption and value realization.
- Make sequencing and capacity trade-offs, resolve blockers and take accountability when plans change.
- Work closely with engineering and architecture on systems, APIs, data flows, integrations and technical dependencies across CRM, CPQ, ERP, service platforms and other enterprise applications.
- Align commercial and service business leaders, product teams, engineering, operations, vendors and system integrators around one coherent roadmap, building accountability without relying on formal authority.
- Establish fit-for-purpose operating mechanisms that show the real risks, dependencies, owners and decisions, and communicate trade-offs clearly to senior leaders.
- Use AI, automation and modern digital tools to reduce coordination overhead, detect issues earlier and improve decision quality, with appropriate security, privacy and human accountability.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience leading complex enterprise software, digital transformation or technical programs spanning multiple teams, systems and business stakeholders.
- Experience from product-led technology, cloud/SaaS or enterprise-platform businesses, or from technology and digital transformation consulting where you owned delivery through implementation and adoption, not just strategy, governance or reporting.
- A master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business or a related discipline, or an MBA. Comparable exceptional experience in technical program leadership may also be considered.
- Ability to break down an unclear problem, test assumptions, identify the real constraint and make sensible decisions with incomplete information.
- Track record of personally moving difficult programs forward, able to explain decisions made, trade-offs navigated and the business or customer outcomes that resulted.
- Combination of strategic judgment with hands-on execution, comfortable framing direction with executives and getting into details with engineers or removing delivery blockers.
- Practical technical fluency in enterprise systems, cloud or SaaS platforms, integrations and data, collaborating credibly with product and engineering without needing to write production code.
- Effective, concise communicator who earns trust across functions and cultures, surfaces uncomfortable facts early and makes complex decisions understandable.
- Curious and comfortable using AI tools in your own work today, with appetite to experiment and continuously improve how you and your team operate.
