Overview

Senior QA Engineer (Software) who debugs software products using systematic testing to develop and maintain quality standards.

What you'll do

• Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, including automated scripts and programs for testing.
• Analyze and write test standards, procedures, and documentation of test results.
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective actions.
• Consult with development engineers to help resolve problems.
• Provide feedback for technical appraisals related to programming languages, systems, and computation software.
• Ensure quality computer integration with scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing functions.

What you'll need

• Work experience that includes debugging software products through systematic testing to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to develop, modify, and execute test plans and automated testing scripts/programs.
• Capability to analyze and write test standards and procedures.
• Ability to maintain documentation of software test results for debugging and modification.
