Lead QA Engineer – Salesforce (SFDC) Testing

Overview

Lead QA Engineer focused on Salesforce (SFDC) testing for a global diabetes capability center in Pune.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the Salesforce QA team.
• Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards.
• Manage end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration.
• Review test scenarios, test cases, execution results, and defect management.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide testing status and quality metrics to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of QA/Testing experience.
• 5+ years in Salesforce (SFDC) testing.
• Experience leading QA teams and enterprise Salesforce testing engagements.
• Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce test automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, or similar).
• Experience with test planning, SIT, UAT, regression, integration testing, and defect management.

• Available shifts: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST or 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST.
