Senior Quality & Reliability Assurance Engineer

Overview

Senior Quality & Reliability Assurance (QRA) Engineer in Global Quality for next-generation 3D NAND memory devices.

What you'll do

• Conduct electrical failure analysis and data analysis of next-generation 3D NAND memory devices.
• Develop and oversee outgoing monitor plans to sustain and improve memory quality.
• Perform risk assessment and provide product disposition for deviation management in an HVM environment.
• Provide release documentation upon achieving qualification and set up plans to monitor quality and reliability in the HVM phase.
• Perform product failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes/mechanisms for corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering to assess reliability issues and customer risk.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry as QA or Product engineer (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, multitask, and coordinate multiple issues at once.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and handle pressure professionally.
• Digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
