Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer for commercial property operations under Property and Asset Management, ensuring technical services run smoothly during shift hours.

What you'll do

• Maintain electromechanical and utilities services on-site with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct regular inspections to identify risk/defects.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance.
• Manage documentation and follow-ups for defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in trackers.
• Monitor SLA’s & KPI’s and support service delivery through vendor coordination.
• Ensure work permits and safe working practices are followed, and assist in risk assessment and RCAs.

What you'll need

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel/Construction industry.
• Knowledge of working procedures.
• Analytical and meticulous approach with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with various teams.
• Use logic to troubleshoot problems and assign/monitor maintenance projects.
