Technical Service Engineer – RE

Overview

Technical Service Engineer (RE) responsible for handling customer/consumer queries via calls and email, including on-site support for escalations, while meeting SLA requirements.

What you'll do

• Respond to and resolve customer and consumer queries via calls and email within defined SLAs.
• Provide on-site support for escalated cases.
• Follow process guidelines, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as the SPOC for dealer support for warranty and complaint management.
• Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining SLA quality.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in technical service or after-sales support roles.
• Experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting in OEM/service dealership or related industrial sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple customer queries while adhering to SLAs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with warranty management systems and complaint resolution processes.
• Experience providing on-site technical support and conducting field diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric issue resolution approach.
