Senior Quality & Reliability Assurance Engineer

Overview

As an NVM QRA Engineer in Global Quality, you will analyze electrical and data failures for next-generation 3D NAND memory devices and support quality and reliability in HVM.

What you'll do

• Conduct electrical failure analysis and data analysis of next-generation 3D NAND memory devices.
• Develop and oversee outgoing monitor plans to sustain and improve memory quality.
• Perform risk assessment and provide product disposition as part of deviation management in HVM.
• Provide release documentation upon achieving qualification and set up plans to monitor quality and reliability during HVM.
• Perform product failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and mechanisms for corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering to understand reliability issues and assess customer risk impact.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry as QA or Product engineer.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written form.
• Good organization skills with ability to multitask and coordinate multiple issues.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams under pressure.
• Digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
