Overview
Senior Salesforce Scrum Lead for Agentforce & AI Solutions, responsible for leading Agile Salesforce delivery teams and designing/developing enterprise Salesforce solutions focused on AI-driven automation.
What you'll do
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
- Manage sprint execution including capacity, velocity tracking, and release planning.
- Analyze requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Design/develop/test/deploy/support applications using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce AI agents and related components (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, Topics, Reasoning Engine).
- Lead DevOps and release management using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git-based source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
- 3+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or Delivery Lead.
- Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, and declarative development.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce AI solutions and autonomous agents.
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI, and AI workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, administration, and governance.

- Location: Chennai, India (India offshore).
- Availability during EST business hours for key project and stakeholder engagements.
- Occasional non-standard work hours and production support activities as business requires.
