Overview

Senior Software Development Manager to lead software development delivery, guide teams, and support agile execution and roadmap planning.

What you'll do

• Visualize and build software products by anticipating customer and industry requirements.
• Direct and encourage software developers to create new solutions and technologies.
• Implement software development practices across the software development life cycle.
• Support Product Owners and ScrumMaster with implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Coach team members to solve problems and improve processes.
• Assist ScrumMaster and teams by identifying and resolving issues using scrum principles.
• Drive projects, manage priorities with senior leadership, and keep stakeholders updated.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in software development, design, and testing.
• 5+ years of experience in a management/leadership role in a software development environment.
• Expertise in the software development industry and understanding of SDLC best practices.
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Aptitude in programming languages and technical know-how.
• Experience in project and process management.
• Ability to coach software developers and provide technical guidance.
