Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop and maintain high-quality desktop applications using C#, .NET and WPF, including integration with IoT devices, hardware and backend services.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality desktop applications using C#, .NET, and WPF.
• Develop scalable and maintainable applications following the MVVM architecture and software design best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code by applying OOP concepts and SOLID principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Integrate applications with IoT devices, hardware, and backend services where required.
• Optimize application performance using multithreading and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work with Git or other source control systems for version management and collaboration.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements to deliver an intuitive user experience.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.

What you'll need

• Experience in .NET application development.
• Must have experience in WPF.
• In-depth knowledge of MVVM architecture, SOLID principles and OOP concepts.
• Familiar with multithreading for parallel processing.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design.
• Good understanding of source control management.
• Worked on a project based on the Agile process.

Nice to have

• Has exposure to the automotive domain with the diagnostics tool.
• Background in automotive, IoT, or large-scale enterprise systems.
