Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for building and maintaining client-rendered React microfrontend applications and contributing to frontend architecture. The role combines individual contribution, technical ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and coaching.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain microfrontend applications embedded in host codebases.
• Contribute to monorepo architecture and support multiple deployment styles.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and automated-check improvements.
• Guide less experienced colleagues and share technical knowledge.
• Discuss goals and requirements with business stakeholders.
• Analyze Figma designs, plan work, and resolve delivery blockers.
• Participate in team rituals and proactively communicate about problems.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years developing high-availability B2C applications.
• Deep understanding of client-side-rendered TypeScript and React.
• Experience with frontend best practices, performance, maintainability, and user experience.
• Ability to reason about monorepo codebases and make architectural decisions.
• Experience debugging static and runtime issues across multiple codebases.
• Experience with feature flags, A/B tests, and conditional rendering.
• English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with self-hosted observability tools such as Grafana, Faro, Alloy, or Loki.
• Experience building vector embedding-based text solutions.
• Interest in agentic AI workflows.
• A hobby project to discuss during interviews.

Details

• Remote work from Poland.
• Salary: PLN 17,000–19,208 gross per month.
• Employment agreement (Umowa o Pracę).
• Final interview ideally onsite in Warsaw or Gdańsk.
