Senior Software Engineer (Poland)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role focused on backend engineering and distributed systems, working with cross-functional stakeholders and other engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Design and develop software applications and features using Golang and React.
• Help build and scale a distributed architecture while maintaining consistency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design product solutions.
• Develop and collect metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver testable, high-quality features that adhere to reporting standards.
• Lead small development teams as needed to bring projects to market.
• Mentor teammates and unblock other engineers.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience bringing new ideas and building consensus on the implementation path.
• Experience building and serving REST APIs using Go (preferably) and Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience working in a distributed, cloud-based architecture with transactional outboxes and/or RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka.
• Comfort leveraging AI tooling, with demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
