Senior Software Engineer AI

Overview

AI/ML Lead Engineer focusing on Python-based AI initiatives, from architecture and delivery oversight through building, deploying, and monitoring scalable AI/ML and LLM-enabled applications.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical execution of AI initiatives including architecture design, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using modern AI technologies, MLOps, and LLMOps best practices.
• Optimize AI model performance using advanced techniques including domain adaptation of third-party models and algorithms.
• Build and enhance AI-powered applications including AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design and implement monitoring frameworks to track application performance, user behavior, and product insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI solution development.
• Ability to work with Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, FastAPI, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions for Computer Vision, NLP, and IDP/document analysis systems.
• Experience building AI agents and AI-powered applications.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools, frameworks, and deployment workflows.
